This product is a mouse antibody directed against human IAP. The antibody can be used as prevention and/or treatment for a variety of diseases, such as cancer, inflammation, hormonal disorders, and blood disorders. This antibody specifically binds to L1210 cells expressing human IAP.

SDS-PAGE analysis of HPAB-1278WJ in non-reduced (Line 1) and reduced (Line 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively.

ELISA analysis of HPAB-1278WJ (Lot#CB2403J03L) was performed by coating with Recombinant Human CD47 Protein (his Tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with Anti-Human CD47 Antibody (HPAB-1278WJ). The HRP-conjugated goat Anti-Mouse IgG as a secondary antibody. Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.

Western blot analysis of HPAB-1278WJ was performed by loading Recombinant Human CD47 Protein (his Tag) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Membranes were probed with HPAB-1278WJ and HRP Goat Anti-Mouse IgG as a secondary antibody. Chemiluminescent detection was performed.
